I went into the Cell C branch at the glen about a month and half ago to put in an insurance claim because my cellphone has been . 3 weeks later i went into Cell C as i had not received feedback on even a call! one of the sales consultants told me that my insurance application was sent through and that i should receive a response within a week. its almost two months and no one has contacted me! yet i am still being billed for a phone i do not have and a Sim card that I'm not in possession of. I want someone to call me ASAP with feedback on when i will receive my new phone or i want this contract to be cancelled!!!
