Een charged for calls i didnt approve>VERY ANGRY

I was called by one of the sales consultants and was told to be moved to another account. I said it was fine as long as it didn't change my per month fixed amount. I have now been charged for calls that I didn't approve! I have been fighting this query for a whole month and I was told it would be rectified, yet now I have debited for the incorrect amount and STILL NO ONE HAS RECTIFIED THIS!!! I AM BEYOND OFF AND WANT A SUPERVISOR TO CONTACT ME IMMIDTATELY to make this right! I want my money back and I want this to be sorted IMMIDTATELY!!!
