VIP RED UPGRADE A JOKE!!! FIX MY ACCOUNT VODACOM

I upgraded from an i-500 acc to VIP RED mid-August 2013. I was assured that my account would be considerably less as calls are unlimited and so are smses. Yet the amount debited end September was almost double the normal amount - R5000! It seems I was charged the VIP RED subscription service (R1999) AND charged for calls & smses AND charged for non-existant calls to/from Middle East/Asia!!! I was also wrongly charged for data costs! I logged an account query on 1st Oct with Sibongile Dinge at VIP Customer Service - she couldn't access/open my account - are you kidding me Vodacom?!! After 24 hrs I had no feedback, so I spoke to Relebogile at VIP Cust Service asking to speak to a supervisor. Supervisors all in meeting so I was assured one would call me back as soon as possible... that was 24 hrs ago and still no VIP supervisor call or feedback!!! VODACOM YOU FOR OVERCHARGING ME AND IGNORING MY QUERY!! I was grossly overcharged in Sept, and Vodacom is probably doing the same to many other clients, pocketing millions. My advice to public: Do not fall for the "VIP RED will save you money" - its a joke//misrepresentation! I want my money back! VIP RED PACKAGE & SERVICE!
