Bad Name for Vodacom Not doing their Job

Hi

I took my Blackberry Z10 in for repairs on the 31st of May at the Eastgate branch.
My speaker sounder funny some times and I hardly ever have signal.

On the 11 June they sent me a message stating that my phone was ready for collection.

I Still went to get my phone in that week, when I got there the lady who helped me at station number 2, said they only replaced my speaker, and she could not see that they did anything about my signal..

Well now I can tell you they did nothing about my speaker as well because its still the same as before.
I think for a business account this is very unprofessional from Vodacom, and you are basically laying to your customers and just taking the money for work that has not even been done..

Now I need to take my phone all the way back there and I live in Boksburg, stay without my work phone for another 2 weeks and then also get again.

I'm sorry but this is not acceptable..

for such a big name all over the world I think you have failed your duty to repair and keep your clients happy...

We as a company are not very happy with your service.!!!
