I handed in my phone and told them that the "hearing" speaker is not working, I paid R500.00. They told me that it should be ready by 17:00 and they would contact me once it is ready.
The next day I contacted the at 11am and asked if it was ready they said they don't know and to call back after 12:30 when the technician was in. I did so, they then said it was ready. I asked what the problem was and they said... Well it says on the slip I filled in (not true) that the wire was faulty so they replaced it. I left it at that.
When I got to the store I again asked what the issue was, they said that the speaker was replaced. I could not test the phone at this time as I did not have a SIM for it. When I got home I tested it, the speaker did not work at all! When I handed it in, it had a scratchy noise as if the speaker was loose.
I dont have space to type the story, but they wouldnt give my money back and the phone has the same problem as when I handed it in.
