Still no service satisfaction

This is the 2nd attempt in a week to try get satisfied customer service from Mtn.
Somayya did respond to the previous complaint on the 30 June, but by then Mtn customer service did get back to my wife. They confirmed that she will get her bank account credited with the amount owing on the 2 July, surprise, surprise this morning there was no credit passed???
Last week when my wife spoke to a Warren Slabbert he confirmed the money will be in her account by the 2July and would also get back to her, still no response from Warren Slabbert???
Based on this it is clear that no one at Mtn knows what they are doing or in fact have any idea how to treat their customers. Poor service quality, not even an apology!
