Earlier this year my wife terminated her 3G data contract at the end of the 2 year contract period. She had been overcharged by an additional month, which after much discussion they final agreed was a mistake and credited her account (they insisted that she had only been charged for 24 months until I sent them all the invoice numbers and amounts to prove otherwise). As she was no longer a customer this money sits as a credit balance against her name. She provided bank details in July to have this money paid out to her. It wasn't forthcoming. In October after much apology there was again a promise to pay out. This has still not been received. There have been numerous phone calls at our expense (as 808 isn't free from non-MTN phones) and still no money.

* Internet query #7264010 (3 Nov) - just got a response today saying please call 808 to discuss which I'm not prepared to pay again at my expense.
Please can you just pay the money you owe my wife. I've provided my wife's account and cell number in the fields below so you can contact her if needed.
