On 15 April at 07:00 I received an sms from "my update" from Standard Bank, confirming that my future date payments has gone through to my wife and son. My wife phoned me later and said the money does not show in her account. I went to the Walmer Branch and spoke to a consultant that assisted me. She said the money has game off my account and because of my wife's savings account that migrated the money will reflect within 2 days. The money is still not showing in my wife's account and I phoned this morning again as nobody from Standard Bank updated me on the situation. My wife need to pay certain accounts with the transfer, but due to the poor service I receive from the bank this is not possible.
