EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM MTN

In June this year I took out an Internet contract with MTN for 2GB of data per month - which was never used completely. Everytime I connected to the internet, I would receive up to 30 sms regarding the loading of trucks - when I queried this MTN told me to pay R250 for a number swop. On the 27th August at 5:03 they replenished my 2GB and within 4 days it was used up. On further enquiry it turns out that data was been used on my internet account at times when no-one was able to access my modem as they were not at home and I sent e-mail on the 5th September asking for an answer. On the 8th October I got an e-mail from Warren Slabbert with a breakdown of how my data was used, I replied asking how it can be used when my dongle was not linked to my computer. Till today I have had no reply from Wareen or Lilorne Chrisleen Roziers or Poobalan Moodley - all three of whom I have copied in the countless e-mails and phone calls I have made since the 5th September 2013. I even have a reference number for my complaint7288364. last week I phoned and was promised that Warren Slabbert would phone me.
