My wife went into the shop today at 16:30 and explained that her sim is lost and that she stopped the sim, nothing got explained she just said not asked for proof of address and id and then signed a form that wasn't explained and my wife does not know what she signed and the lady said thats it give it two hours. Just a little friendliness will go a far way
