My wife ordered 1 Mexican strips with dip Chk 1775 today 24/01/14 at 18h08 for her trip to Pretoria. While sitting in traffic he opened the box and told me the strips were chewy and hard.
I called in and spoke to Rethabi and explained my wife just bought strips and its terrible and Rethabi tells me "but we sent you the new strips, to 44 something address"... Turns out minutes before she went in they received a complaint of the same kind of order and sent new strips, she was literally in Mochachos for 5 minutes.
Rethabi couldn't help me and gave Cohen the phone, when I explained my story he also thought it was the same order for 44 something address. I explained my story again and asked if he could make a new order and I will collect it on my way home from work at 19h15. Cohen said it was fine and before the call was ended he said I have to bring the first order back...
I was not going to drive to Pretoria and back to kelvin for chicken strips as I explained to him but he was adamant that I have to, I told Cohen I have a picture of the receipt I can show... at the end of this conversation clearly a customer no matter what the price is will ever be right.
