My wife had an unfortunate incident at your Sterns Vereeniging (in Market Avenue) store. A couple of weeks ago, me and my wife had the unfortunate incident of someone burgling our home. In this process we have lost a lot of jewellery amongst other electronic appliances.
Based on the advice of our insurance broker we had to obtain various quotes from various jewellery shops. My wife decided to do that today. She went to American Swiss just after work (4:30) which helped her nicely. Then, she proceeded to Sterns in Market avenue in Vereeniging. She arrived there no later than 4:45.
Upon entering the lady in the shop yawned and mentioned that it is late. My wife ignored this, because well, we really need the quote, otherwise we won't be able to claim from the insurance. There was no other customers in the store. My wife explained the situation to the yawning lady. The lady called her assistant to basically tell my wife that "sorry, we do not do quotations and we aren't able to do them" and that my wife "should rather go to Sterns in River Square (which is in Three Rivers) or somewhere else".
Please get some manners and people skills!
