Over 2 hours in the queue

My wife wanted to have her address changed since they lost the last address change that was done 3 years ago. We signed in at the branch at 10:33 and were only assisted at 12:40. Over 2 hours wait!!!

Also, apparently our marriage certificate isn't good enough. Because the rates bill is in my name, I had to sign a declaration that my wife lives with me!!! We had both our IDs and our marriage certificate but that's not good enough. Fortunately I accompanied my wife, otherwise we would have wasted another 2 hours next week trying to to it again.

Why did we go on Saturday? Because they close at 15:30 during the week. So my wife AND I would have to take time off work to correct a mistake that FNB made.
