I don't think i have come across a company that can provide such bad service consistantly. From the Legal to the general call centre. I'm now beyond frustrated and decided after almost 9 years with this company, i'm finally terminating my service with them. Always thinking something would change and i keep renewing my contract. They need to jack-up their call centre and the staff members need to work on their attitude and hopefully things might change. Doesn't help that they rates are also higher. I sincerely hope they do something about their atrocious service! Its not worth being loyal to a company that keeps screwing you over and over again.
