I have a simple request; I want to change my current contract. All other service providers allow for this but according the staff member at MTN Benmore this can't be done, or at least he can't do it. He told me to phone the call centre at 0831808, which I have been trying to do for the whole morning without any success. I want to change my contract to a higher one so I don't understand why this can't be done. This is just the short of it and there is not enough time or space to completely add my frustration with MTN but what I can say is they are easily the worst service provider as far as service goes out there. Really if you are with one of the others and you want to change to MTN, don't you will regret it?
