I have been on the Vodacom client for some years now. (Contract for 15 years / Pay as you go for 3 years) Vodacom representative phones me today to inform me that I can change to a 135 Top up which is much cheaper call rates and how I am going to save money blah blah blah! Within 2 minutes of terminating the call, My account was changed to a 135 topup which has more expensive call rates than my current PAYG. On top of that I get lumbered with an insurance charge of some kind. I phoned back immediately and requested that the contract be cancelled in line with the CPA. The reference number I received was 29088. Please restore my account as it was before or else I will be an ex Vodacom customer.
