I took out a contract with mtn for the 98.00 deal with a 100.00 free airtime and once airtime is up I will top up myself. to my disbelief a statement was sent billing me with a 506.00 amount as this was a contract which was "OPEN" but I made it clear what I wanted. This Granny person called after the cel was delivered to check if I was happy and was told it will be rectified. to date no one came back to me I even went to the Fairlands office to complain and still no call from anyone at MTN.
