Last September r an upgrade agent called me & advised on a upgrade. The agent quoted me a contract price that was including all costs (Blackberry including BIS). After a couple of months i picked up from my billing was incorrect. After many call from accounts to upgrades back to accounts an Agent assured me in December the credits will be passed & billing corrected. Its January & neither has been sorted out, i have again been transferred from Upgrades to Accounts back & forth. Apart from bad service Autopage is hoodwinking their loyal customers with incorrect billing.
