I dont know how on green earth i am going to get this right, I have had no service for over a month, and everytime i call the call centre the bad attitude combined with all knowledge leaves me in the dark with different excuses. Any consumer looking to use Telkom best think twice, just have a look on hello peter, there are millions of complaint in broken service etc... Now if any of the staff from Telkom miraculously see this, contact me NOW! not a lower level call agent, i want someone senior. my line better be sorted out, or im moving my lines and my business line to Neotel.
