I recently had the misfortune of opening a Cell C acount. On the 1st day the sales advisor wrote me up on the incorrect contract. I then had to wait another day for him to first cancel the original contract and open a new one. The advisor then failed to tell me that i need to register register my phone with Samsung to have the damage cover (i heard this from a friend). I called the salesman and he was apologetic and said he will send me the details via sms... 4 days later, still nothing. Now i see why the other networks cost more, they employ proper staff.
