Disgusting service from Nashua Mobile and Samsung

Just returned from a holiday to Portugal and Amsterdam. I upgraded to a new Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone just before I departed, and very excitedly loaded all my letters etc, onto my new phone to take with me on holiday so that I did not have to take a laptop, planning to answer all my emails etc using my new phone while away.
The day I arrived in Lisbon I tried to answer emails, and to my horror discovered that I could receive emails, but was not able to send emails. I phoned Nashua Mobile to try to get help, and this is where the drama began!! I was on hold for 14 minutes before my call was answered (an INTERNATIONAL CALL), and when it was eventually answered NO ONE could help me. I was told I had to go to a cell shop in Lisbon for them to change the settings on my phone. Next day spent the WHOLE day, traipsing from one shop to the next looking for someone to help me. They all told me I have to ask my service provider to help me to change the settings.
I called N/mobile about 6 times, each time waiting approx 10 minutes on hold before being helped.
No one could help.
I then tried Samsung SA, same story! NO ONE was interested in helping!
Wasted the first few days of my holiday!!
