Does Telkom blindly accept bad attitude employees?

27th May I applied for 24mnth killer deal R558 p/m
3rd June my husband went to Telkom to inquire about the line - the deal was not loaded in system.
7th June I receive sms with order #80048743
10th June I receive sms confirming installation date 12th June
10th June I receive sms instruction to collect mobile device
11th June I go to Telkom @10:15 to collect, wait half hour & request to see manager
No manager on site for the day, no 2nd in charge!
I complain that they have 4 employees standing and talking and 2 employees working with 5 customer sitting in que
Another 10 mins Puti asks man at end of que if she could assist him, he refers her to me & says he is last, I am 1st.
Puti verbally attacks me because I am apparently sitting at wrong en of que - no markings, no lines - nothing
I tell her that her bad attitude and ill-manners are inexcusable and that I think I should just cancel my application.
Her very bad remark - so, cancel it. This is where I lost it - who is Puti to decide on behalf of her employer that it is prepared to lose business. Puti is not worthy of being employed by Telkom and is a sad, very sad reflection of Telkom towards the public.
