My MTN dongle broke so on Saturday I went into get a replacement.
The lady didn't have stock so I had to go back on sunday. They do not have replacement dongles for you, you have to buy a new one at R549-00 and re-RICA it.
It's now 26 hours and it is still not active.
When I called in I got told I must bring my receipt and proof of residence and ID in
AGAIN and then they can help me.
I asked if they cannot check the system and see what the status is as
I could not go through there before Saturday again. Eventually they did and it is sitting as pending. They cannot give me a time as to when it will be active or whether they can follow it up so I must call back tomorrow and check again
