Cybertrade e-mail terrible attitude

I phoned telkom because i couldn't receive e-mails. the guy who picked up was Godfrey or Geoffrey not sure. We sat on the phone and he had to go leave and check something in the other office office when he wasn't sure of something. That was fine with me he really sounded as if he wanted to help me. We spend quite an amount of time on the fone trying this and then trying that. eventually he figured out what was wrong and we started to sort out the problem. we got the e-mails to work but all my e-mails in the outbox was still missing. He said he just wanted to go find out something and it would be fixed.
his service and willingness to help was amazing, didn't expect that from telkom. Waiting for him another man got on the phone and said with a terrible attitude: This is Morocco (or maybe rocco), I've been monitoring this call and its has been to long and that thats not their problem i must contact Microsoft. now i sit with all mt e-mails gone just because of 1 assh0le. After all the time Godfrey or Geoffrey tried to help this bloke goes and make all the work undone. For about 8 years we havent missed one payment and very rarely phone support, he comes with this attitude.
