Placed an order online 25/1 . 10612391755 On Sat got email from Roseira Weach to say phone me - on Saturday - replied will do Mond. On Sunday 11am got email to say she cancelled my order as she could not get hold of me. Phoned Monday - explained as teacher I was at sport Saturday and Sunday at church. Spoke to a Nicole Richards (very friendly) that assured me it can be cancelled and it will be rei-instated. Got email from Roseira Weach Mond to say re-order and within half an hour from her again to say (in red) do not re-order. Asked both ladies to contact me if problems via email as we are not allowed to anser phone during school hours. Went to check order today - shows submitted - phoned and ended up speaking to Yvette. After phoning me back several times she told me I had to re-order all. WANTED STUFF FOR THIS FRIDAY!!! And now 2 items out of stock. NICEEEEE. Yvette approved order - if I would receive in time - who knows. MY COMPLAINT - why did my order not show cancelled (I check every day) then I could phone sooner or why didn't they email me as I requested. Got proof of all my mails. Thanks for spoiling my day and now it it running around for replacement top
