Double billing incorrect billing

I done a upgrade at cell c promonade on the 30/05/2013 the consultant told me that i need to pay a amount of R448.00 i paid that amount i done the upgrade then the very next day my bank account was debited with the same amount.i then phone the customer service the consultant log a call and told me that it would take up to - 13 days to reverse the money in my bank acc.i phone today spoke to siphiwe he couldn't assit me transfer me to ivy that just put the phone down in my face cos see had no answers for me i spend more than 2 hours on the phone with them speaking to a supervisor Nompulelo that also couldn't help me..then i got transfer to sebolelo that said i had to wait 24 hours before than can give feed back on when the money will be in my bank account.then i was inform by Siphiwe that there was a connection fee that i was going to be billed that i wasn't inform at the promonade branch.i just had it with cell c all i want is the money to be reverse. IS THERE ANY ONE THAT CAN ASSIT ME WITH MY QUERY AT CELL C i had enough of you guys i want to bring the phone back and cancel my contract. The service very bad it and they dont give the customer the correct information
