I am absolutely appalled at the lengths I am forced to go to, to get my money back from Cell C, I made an electronic payment of R1607.31 because I was told that is what was outstanding on my account, on the 30 April 2013 my account was then debited by Cell C to the amount of R1336.35, I then called Cell C customer care and requested that the extra payment of R1607.31 be refunded and the money deposited into my back account. I was then told that this would take 3 - 7 working days. I then followed up again on the 08th May 2013, where I was told that my query was with finance, I was then asked if the money could be credited to my May account, I then said NO, the May account is to be deducted at the end of May and my R1607.31 is to be refunded into my back account.
When I called to follow up again this morning (14 May 2013) I was told that the finance department has allocated MY money to my phone account, after I requested that the money be transferred back into my bank account.
I just want my money back!!!
