Some company is siphoning of my airtime so I phoned 808, Actually I phoned it 3 times. How do you people stay in business? After 45 minutes of asinine canned blather telling me how great MTN was, I just couldn't get an operator to pick up? So I am left with only 3 conclusions. a) That MTN service is so bad that the operators are flooded under a deluge of calls who like me, are complaining. b) That MTN is an inept, incompetent bunch of fumblers with absolutely no customer service orientation. c) A combination of a and b.
I go with the third option, when I had internet problems it literally took months before they got off their behinds and "fixed" the problem. So what do I do now while my airtime is being pillaged?
