My phone has gone in for repairs since 19.01.2013.Since then I have logged my complaint against them on this site and wow of all wonders Autopage actually decided to give an excellent customer service but only then. I got phone calls everyday from Brian at Customer care. I felt like a star. They acknowledged their blame for me being without a phone for so long and promised me a new phone. I thought all was resolved but NO! Its over a month since I was promised that phone and Brain closed the complaint on this site and moved on to the next disgruntled customer when I still dont have a phone. Looks like they still manufacturing the board and plastic for my blackberry. How does a company keep messing things up? honestly!
