In November I went into the Menlyn Square branch and requested that my entire year statements be e-mailed to me. After two weeks of no response, I went back into the branch, only to find that my statements have been printed out, very unneatly and stacked together.
this is not what I asked for and demanded that my statements be e-mailed to me!! It is January. I am still waiting!!! You are unprofessional ABSA!!! doesn't make me sorry that I switched to FNB but where are my statements???
