I received my bill for June and it is R1500 to much. I have 2 contracts with MTN, numbers: 083 378 3073 and 083 378 3099.
For 083 378 3073 I got a bill saying R1619 and I have not even used up the MB or sms's or the money value I get with my contract each month.
How can this happen? I want my money MTN, please. I am very disappointed in this company, I wish I could end both my new contracts with you. How do I know this will not happen again in the future?
I have 2 MTN 200 Anytime contracts that I only opened in May this year.
The money was already deducted from my bank account this morning, how am I going to get it back MTN???
