BEING BILLED AND NO OPTION BUT TO PAY!!!

I have found on the 29/06/2013 at 9:00pm that I am currently being billed by Cell C for R7.90 daily, after contacting Cell C and speaking with Olga Nyathi (accounts Dept at 9:30pm) I was informed that a company referred to as DIALOGUE MEDIA (0114767710) had been billing Cell C who is in turn billing me.
My bill had reached a figure of R435.00 on the 29/06/2013 however to date I am being billed.
I have attempted to contact this company dialogue media numerous times however I have only been reaching a voicemail stating that my call cannot be taken. I have contacted Cell C once again today (1/07/2013 at @10:41am) and spoken to Patum (Supervisor) who then provided me with another contact no. 0219145964 stating that Cell C cannot stop this billing and I will have to contact this company directly.
I have contacted the no. 0219145964 and spoken to Wilma Murray who had advised me of a possibility that my no. is among those being recycled no.s and therefore being billed incorrectly by a company called SWITCH FIRE.
She has sent an email requesting for immediate contact to be made and a refund processed however couldn't confirm that the matter is resolved - I am still being BILLED!!
