I upgraded on the 19th of dec 2013. I chose a samsung galaxy mini. The agent who was helping me (Thapelo) told me that the samsung mini uses a micro sim so he is going to send the phone with a micro sim I just need to do a sim swap to the new sim! I received the phone and did the sim swap only to find that a the phne uses a normal sim! I phone head office and I was promised that a sim card will be sent to me! I waited and I didn't receive the sim card! I cancelled the contract and I was still paying for the phone that I couldn't use. The contract was cancelled and I called to enquire about the airtime that I paid for and couldn't use, and Thapelo told me that I am going to forfeit the airtime and since we couldn't reach an agreement he said he'll escalate my call to management I am still waiting even today. its now 2 weeks. I have been a loyal customer for more than 7 years and this is the service I received! I'm still waiting for management's call to sort out Thapelo's mess!
