Terrible product quality

About 2 months or so ago i purchased a phone from my local Edgars, a Lumia 610.
At First the phone seemed like a great purchase but i was sadly mistaken, after using the product for about a week or so it became apparent that this was my worst buy ever.

The phones software is terrible, its slow and glitchy at best. Apps dont work properly on it and i cant stress enough how slow the phone is. Bluetooth is impossible to use, ringtones are impossible to change unless you download some another app. Phone to pc is run on some another 3rd party software named Zune. This really isnt what i signed up for. Its not my first Nokia. After complaining about it before on The facebook page Nokia South Africa it was suggested that i upgrade the software, it didnt work. Software upgrades do nothing and nobody has a solution. I have spent R2000 of my hard earned cash on something that only works pretty much 50%.

I dont understand why Nokia doesnt replace the phone, its their mistake and they dont seem to be prepared to help. Why must i suffer for their mistake. All i want is a phone that works the way its supposed to with no excuses.

My brother has the same problems with his 610.
