S is the very last time I'm complaining about my phone... the next step will be a formal complaint to the new national consumer protection act, because according to them, you are supposed to give me a new handset if this contract falls within six monts, which it does.
I had my phone for twoo weeks when the keyboard stopped working. Nou, one month later, same story. Then it work, then it don't.
Its unacceptable. My phone looks like its falling to pieces, when this phone is brand new, but since you had it, the cak won't even cover 100%. And get me straight, I don't want this phone any longer. I want a replacement straight from the box, and preferrably a samsung, coz you guys are having way too many probloms with blackberry.
I will go to each and every newspaper if I have to... that s a given!!!
