I have taken out a contract from Cell C in January 2013 for a Samsung Galaxy note 10.1. For the first 4 weeks the 3G speeds were amazing. Since the beginning of March 2013, the speed has reduced significantly.
I was able to download at about 1MB/s, but now cannot even maintain 100KB/s (mostly it is 20 - 50KB/s) during a download. The device shows full signal and either H or H, but still the sped is very bad.
Items being downloaded from Google play or the Samsung app store are corrupted during the slow downloads and do not install. When I do get a decent download speed then the apps work, but this is now rare.
Please help Cell C. this is not what I signed up for.
