VODACOM OVERCHARGE AGAIN!

Again Vodacom overcharged me, the 5th time on total, 3 times on data usage on blackberry and the second time on a data contract. A total of R2590.75 was added to my 3Gig data bundle last month, the month of May, when I was in Knysna and my switched off router was locked in my apartment in Cape Town. This has now put my account into the red with the bank, reflecting negatively on my Cheque Account and no doubt, like every time before, they will take 2 weeks to investigate and NOT PAY BACK MY MONEY and sort out the problem with the bank, but credit my account, which will mean almost 3 months worth of no payments, WHILE THEY SIT WITH MONEY THEY HAVE ILLGALLY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND DRAW INTEREST ON THAT MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. NOW I START CANCELING CONTRACTS WHILE I MOVE TO ANOTHER CARRIER!
