Sticking to her word and commitment

On 13th I phoned in the evening to get some details, but the system was down. I asked Wendy how she could make my Vodacom experience more enjoyable (instead of me having to phone the next day and wait on the phone for ages). She committed to contacting me with the required info the next day when she was back on duty. On 14th Wendy contacted me with the information. Well Done WENDY!!
