I went in to Head office on the 16th April to get clarity as everyone passes the buck. I spoke to Angela and Sebastin - They assured me that they would sort out the account and do a recon from when my 2 contracts were taken out. To this day, 28 June I have NOT had clarity as no one has the authority to access information. After a number of phone calls to both Angela and sebastin and Nudebt, I have not been able to get this recon. Joey was supposed to have it and call me, but I am still waiting. Tshepo at Nudebt does not have a recon! I have been given 24 hour notice to respond. I think it's time I visit Head office again, with my 21 month old child in tow and not leave until this is solved. i will not pay 1c, and I want my name cleared! Please prepare yourselves.
