Billing me for Cancelled contact

I just spent 26 mins on the phone of which I was on hold for 20 of the 26 mins just to find out why my account was debited after I cancelled my contract, needless to say I had no luck with getting an answer as Juliet Mnyangeza and Dedorah Phlapo that did not know how to handle my call.
Now I will just put Vodacom on Hello Peter so that they can call me and resolve my problem.

Vodacom I want my money back phone and tell me when you will be refunding me Thanks.
