We recently had an adsl line installed. Internet wasn't working since Thursday. we phoned Telkom on Saturday, was put on hold for 1 hour 21 minutes (yes, i actually timed it). Then I hang up. I phoned a second time, explained to the Lady that I was on hold for so long, said, pls do not put me on hold again. Guess what!! she actually did!!! After 20 minute, i hung up again. Internet still not working... Not impressed with Telkom's service AT ALL!!
