3 Debit Orders to settle one month account

I dont understand why my bank account needs to be debited with 3 debit orders to settle one months bill.

I had a debit order for R6.45; R 41.91 and R 1012.74 presented on by bank account. Are your systems so out dated that you need to bebit the consumer per line on the billing.

I logged a query on 26/06 @07:07 and I am still awaiting feedback.

Who is going to pay my bank service fees, as it costs me R12.50 for a R6.45 debit order due to the fact that Cell C can not debit one amount
