BAD SERVICE

MY phone was booked for repairs on 30 May 2013 at Mtn Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg and i was told they take 3-4 weeks. I called the MTN repairs store no 083 900 0349 and they told me that the phone was delivered on 07 June 2013. I was not notified that my phone is back and it is 20 days later now that I called to find out that my phone was delivered in Liberty Malll MTN on 07 June 2013. I am extreamly unhappy about the service, if I hadn't call the store it means i was still going to be phoneless. An apology would be nice.
