Cellphone booked for repairs went missing

In Dec 2012 I bought a Nokia Asha 302 at CNA Lakeside mall. From on set the phone was giving me network problems &would give me a msg that sim registration failed. However from the 28th April the phone wouldn't charge. On the 1st May I took it in to CNA for repairs, they told me I would have it back in 2weeks.2weeks expired on the 15th & still no word from CNA.On the 17th I went to check & Rachel told me that the phone was returned to the repairer (MTN) because when it was brought back they checked it & found that it still had problems. She promised to keep me updated. On Saturday 1st June I got a voice msg from Rachel so I went to CNA & she told me that my phone was delivered to a wrong store somewhere in Southgate, at that moment they were still trying to find out which store was it delivered to. She promised to follow up with RTT & let me know. Up until today she hadn't called me so I decided to call only to be told that RTT hasn't given CNA any response whatsoever, they don't know where the phone is. I'm using a borrowed phone for a month. I need my phone back or a replacement phone as in today, keep in mind that my phone was hardly 6 months when it started giving me problems
