Incompetence at Vodacom Cresta

I took my phone to Vodacom Cresta for repairs on 27 May 2013. Today (27 June 2013) I called them to find out why the repairs are taking too long. I was told my phone was ready for collection on 22 June 2013 and no one bothered to tell me. So if i hadnt called, i would still be phoneless. This is incompetence at its best.
