Turnaround Time used as a EXCUSE!!!

I lost my phone and went into a Cell C store to have my device blocked.
My Account number at Cell C103365130... I FOUND my device and again went into a store to request a un-blacklisting form. I was sent to get a police clearance and to complete a form, all was done as requested and I was told the device will be avtive by 18h00 26/06/2013. REF 3062603078 . I have been calling and following up on this request and I am just getting excuses and no results and I am just getting the same answers over and over again that it is in progress. I need my PHONE to be working to get my WORK done, PLEASE activate my phone!!! What happened to Client Service and going the extra mile???
