Assistance PLEASE!!!

As of 20 th of June I order a ADSL line from Telkom, I ordered a 2Mbps and 10 Gb cap line. That day I got an message saying it scheduled for 2013/06/27 .Later on I received a message saying the 26/06/2013 for installation. I phoned to confirm what date is it now. They said the 27, but Technicians will phone to make an appointment. On the 26 they phoned me and told me the appointment is the 27, and then a lady called to confirm. Since this morning I've phoned just to check if everything is fine and then they sayed nothing is booked on the system. So I phoned back and Sam answered who helped me by phoning the technicians and he said that Quentin (the guy who confirmed the appointment with me) sayed he will be there at half past 2 .I phoned back at 02 : 40 and they said that contractors first need to come out and then they will book? No I ask you? Can someone just come and do the job that they are appointed for PLEASE TELKOM?
