Good-day, My family & I were in an armed on the 01-06-2013 & all Cell Phones were. I had just switched to Cell C from a Trouble Free Vodacom Network. The Samsung S4 was sill new (a gift for my Wife). We have not inserted a SIM card in the device since we needed a Micro-SIM and was planning on getting it done on the 01-06-2013 (since it was a weekend), Unfortunately we were held at Gunpoint at 7am that Saturday morning and the device was taken from us. I have since then being trying Blacklist this device. I have called, emailed & faxed through all the details Cell C required. I have faxed the signed & completed Blacklisting form (more than 3 times). I have mailed through a copy of this Form (more than 11 times), till date cell c has not yet supplied me with an ITC number so that I can provide my insurance company (which they require before any claims are put through). This has been the worst experience ever! I regret moving to cell c & will make certain I broadcast this poor service to all social media networks & distribute communication material for what cell c has put me through.

I have seen other complaints and believe that cell c is avoiding giving ITC numbers..
