ACCOUNTS NEED MORE THAN ONE CALL TO FIX SAME ISSUE

HOW MANY TIMES CAN A COMPANY TELL YOU THAT A MATTER IS RESOLVED THEN SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE SAME COMPANY PHONES (AT 22H50) TO TELL YOU THAT SAME MATTER IS STILL UNRESOLVED.

CELL C ENTERED THE EXPIRY DATE ON MY CREDIT CARD INCORRECTLY, ASSURED ME AFTER MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER.COM THAT THE MATTER WAS RESOLVED, NOW ANOTHER VOICE MESSAGE LEFT TO TELL ME THAT MY DEBIT ORDER HAS FAILED.

How many times must a person phone in to correct the same thing???
