During December I clocked up a fairly high data usage on my 3G data package. At some point my modem just stopped connecting to the network. I tried different devices, software uninstall/re-install, etc to no avail. Then in January I got a call from Autopage asking me if I was aware of the high data usage. I said I did and asked if anything was wrong with my account to which the person replied no and I should refer to the technical department. I fortunately had a secondary account which I could use and kept trying every so often to connect with the original but no luck. Today they finally tell me that there is a lock on my account due to the high usage (where is the cap advertised?) that needs to be removed but they will still bill me subscription for the month during which they suspended my account, which by the way is paid by debit order that has never in 14 years with them failed. I post this for my own benefit so that I won't forget again when renewal comes around. Autopage Customer Care = Autopage profit care
